The BONOMI EXM8E68F400 is a 2-way, ANSI 600 Carbon Steel API 608 Split-Body Style Flanged Ball Valve with Explosion Proof Electric Actuator. It is suitable for vacuum, water, gas, and oil applications. The valve features a full port, sizes 1/2” to 2”, and is 100% tested according to API 598 standards. It also has a blow out proof stem, locking handle, fire safe design, R.T.F.E. seats, packing and thrust washer, and an antistatic device.

The actuator is NEMA 4x, 7, 8 & 9 (CSA Approved) and has an enclosure that conforms to IP68 with explosion-protected performance and 1/2” FNPT conduit connection. It has a temperature range of 22°F to 158°F, a clutch-less manual override, thermostatically controlled anti-condensation heater for working conditions, self-locking gear system, and a ± 5° mechanical stop on 0° and 90°. It also has a continuous mechanical position indicator, built-in thermal overload protection to prevent motor burnout, and 2 auxiliary SPDT switches.
