The BONOMI SERIES 740LL 2-WAY ST. ST. BODY 3-PIECE NPT BALL VALVE AND VALBIA PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR is an innovative assembly that combines a direct mount 2-way, 3 pc. stainless steel ball valve with PEEK seats and encapsulated bolts and NPT ends with a pneumatic actuator. It is suitable for hot water, steam, oil, and gases, and is available in class 900 sizes 1/4” to 2” and class 600 sizes 2-1/2” to 4”.

The valve features a 3-piece carbon steel body, ISO 5211 mounting pad with square stem, TFM-4215 ball seats, standard latch locking handle, ANSI 16.34 and ANSI B1.20.1 thread depths, NACE MR0175, fire safe to API 607-6th edition, grounded ball and stem, and standard 316 stainless steel ball and stem. It has a temperature range of -50° F to 550° F and a working steam pressure of up to 250 psi.

The actuator is made of hard anodized extruded aluminum body, concentric spring sets, die cast aluminum end caps, solid steel barstock pinion, 0°-90° rotation adjustment cam, 0°-90° rotation adjustment bolts, POM piston guides, and has a minimum air pressure rating of 80 psi and a maximum air pressure rating of 116 psi. It has a working temperature of -4°F - 302°F and requires no lubrication maintenance for its entire lifetime.
