We do not recommend bearings for low-end headsets. Instead, we start with chrome steel, Black oxide A/C, and finally 440C stainless steel bearings. They are always constructed with the largest possible balls and their double-lip seals are seated in a small recess for ultimate protection against sweat and the (natural) elements. They are 90% filled with high-pressure grease, so you don't have to wonder if there's any grease inside.
