Application

Commonly used at Lowe's and Home Depot on lumber flatbeds and drywall carts that need a parking brake — store slope locations, parking-lot ramps, and load/unload positions. Brake-equipped corners typically run on the front of the cart so the operator can reach them from the push handle. Same wheel and yoke as Z40P382CLPL but with a tread-lock brake.
