This is designed as a scrap quilt but would work beautifully with a planned colour scheme too. The pattern will make up a baby sized quilt but could easily be adapted to make any size you like, or perhaps just a cushion. It uses 'foundation paper piecing' and full instructions are given if you are not familiar with the technique.

The hexagons are pieced in 2 halves and sewn together in strips so assembling the quilt is straight forward. The hexagon centres and appliqued and instruction are given on this technique too.
