Lightweight, short and wider splitboard with a dual purpose. MT 1180s HOKKAIDO rides exceptional well in powder due to its «volume» and wide measurements – in addition to the tapered shape. A wider width and longer height of the nose, together with the rocker front makes sure the ride is fast and steady. Wide waist and tapered tail helps the board sit well onto the surface which gives quick turns and perfect respond. The camber and stiffer flex in addition to the small radius moon tail, provides easy edge to edge control. The board behaves responsive and playful, and still manage to be trusty in shifting conditions such as shifting from powder to packed snow. The stiffer flex makes the MT 1180s HOKKAIDO steady throughout the entire turn, and gives stability in high speed due to its short length.

Light weight makes the hike easy. Easy to attach even when it snows sideways. The board is compatible with all split board bindings and skins.

Choose from rinding with bindings or next level feel of binding less with the included Eva foam pad. Attach the traction pad easily and turn the board into a binding less option.

MT 1180s HOKKAIDO nose and tail, together with the concave shaped and grippy pad, adds a fun riding option for powder snow, recommended with at least 20cm fresh snow. Fully steel edged board lets the rider maneuver precisely and with a surfy style and feel.
