Overview

The DEKS DRC100 stainless steel repair clamp is designed for DN100 pipes with an outside diameter range of 114–124 mm that are cracked, damaged, split, or leaking. The clamp hardware is made from 316 grade stainless steel, ensuring corrosion-resistance and stable performance under long-term harsh outdoor operating conditions. The inner gasket is made of AS4020 potable drinking water approved nitrile rubber to provide a full 360° seal around the damaged pipe section.

The DEKS repair clamp range is water authority approved by WSAA and IAPMO OCEANA for use in Australia as a legal requirement. Using DEKS pipe repair clamps reduces the need to replace entire pipe sections and helps minimise disruption when most of the pipeline remains in serviceable condition.
