Do I need new coolant hoses or can I reuse the old ones?

Check your existing hose condition before reassembly. If hoses are cracked, brittle, or over 5 years old, replace them while you have the system open. Reusing compromised hoses defeats the purpose of a fresh radiator.

Does this radiator come with a thermostat or water outlet housing?

This is the radiator core and tank assembly only. Thermostat, water outlet, and bypass components are separate and may or may not require replacement depending on your system's condition.

Can I install this myself or do I need a shop?

It bolts into factory points, so DIY installation is possible if you're comfortable draining coolant and removing hose clamps. You'll need a drain pan, basic hand tools, and fresh coolant for refill and bleeding. A pressure test after install is smart to confirm the seal.
