Factory sensor cutouts depend on your specific bumper assembly. Check the cover's lower valance area for pre-drilled sensor holes or test-fit it dry before bonding to confirm sensor alignment. If your sensors sit in different locations than the standard holes, you can carefully drill additional access points into the FRP.

Should I paint before or after installation?

Most builders sand and prep the cover, paint it off the car, then bolt it on. This avoids overspray on adjacent panels and lets you cure the paint fully before handling. If you prefer painting on-car, mask off surrounding areas carefully and apply your finish after the cover is secured.
