Description - Strapless cotton 80s party dress with a sweetheart neckline and tons of ruffles on the skirt. The back of the bodice has elastic shirring but it's not as springy as it once was. It zips up the back.

Chest - 18" pit to pit, stretches to 19" (I think it's going to be best to be on the larger end of that to hold it up)

Waist - 15.75" across, stretches to 16.75"

Hips - approx 22" across

Length - 34.5" (10.5" bodice, 24" skirt)

Condition - The elastic has lost a lot of its elasticity and it doesn't stretch a whole lot anymore. There is a small mended hole in the back of the bodice.
