With Prym's stretch ’n’ steam pad, finished knitted or crocheted work pieces are brought into their final form. The 70 cm x 70 cm foam pad has a ready-to-iron surface on the top part, which has a centimetre scale and many shapes with proportions printed on it. Whether its smoothed out with or without ironing and steaming depends on the information on the banderole of the yarn used. Forty pearl-headed pins are included with the stretch ‘n’ steam pad to attach and stretch the work piece. As soon as work with the pad has ended, it is closed with the Velcro fastener and can be stored in a space-saving manner until the next time it's used.
