Does this kit come with the hardware to bolt these in?

The motors and regulators are included. Fasteners for mounting are not confirmed in this kit—verify you have the bolts and clips that originally secured your regulators before starting the job.

Are both motors going to work right out of the box?

Each motor ships new and function-tested. Plug them in, power up your windows, and they should cycle smoothly. If one doesn't respond, test your vehicle's electrical connectors first—sometimes a corroded connector is the culprit, not the motor itself.
