Handloom Purple and Red Dual Tone Pure Silk Vaira Oosie Kanjivaram Saree With Pure Zari

A handwoven masterpiece, this purple pure silk saree from our "Madras" collection, brings together a number of exquisite elements from the Kanjivaram design vocabulary. Its lush purple body features the Vaira Oosi pattern which forms fine, needle-thin lines running in rich zari. Interspersed with the vibrant colour of the body, it lends a graceful lustre to the drape. The saree also features Mayil(peacock) and Poo Chakram(floral) motifs throughout its expanse. 

 The combination of Rudraksha and Mayil motifs over the contrasting border enhances the saree’s traditional charm. The palla with geometric bootas beautifully cascades down the back, creating an unmatched appeal.  The saree is meticulously woven using the Korvai weaving technique.
