Gorgeous black silk chiffon dress embellished with sequins and beads. Circa 1980s.

The silk chiffon is beautifully embellished with hand sewn layered sequins in red, copper, green, and gold creating a 3-D effect and swirly lines of red and iridescent blue bugle beads in a lovely floral pattern as pictured.

The sleeve ends, bottom hem, mandarin collar and keyhole front opening are accented with rows of red bugle beads as pictured.

Lined with lightweight black woven rayon from the bottom of the front keyhole opening - the upper front and back bodice and sleeves are unlined.

Shoulder pads are easily removed with a few snips of the scissors if you prefer a natural shoulder line.

I'm 5'4" and this comes to the top of my knee - it may be shorter or longer on you depending on your height.

Does up the center back with a 19" long nylon zipper and three hook and eyes on the back of the collar.

CONDITION: Excellent Condition. There are no odors, fading, stains, discoloration, snags, picks, rips, tears, missing or broken beads or sequins.

SIZING: There are no size tags present. Based on the measurements below, I'd say this would best fit a modern size Small.

Skirt Bottom Sweep: 36" Around with 4-1/4" center back finished slit
