The Mica brand was made in the 80s and 90s by designer Judy Rabineau of Average Joe Inc. Mica-brand dresses and skirts were on the racks of every top store in Los Angeles, including Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales, Macy's and numerous upscale boutiques. They had simple elegant designs with a vintage flavor and vibrant prints and were nominated for various designer awards at the time.
