Condition

Fair, with a few scattered tiny holes throughout, mostly at the hemline (see images).  This piece was originally a dress whose top half was completely damaged.  It was professionally altered into a skirt to save the stronger bottom half, however, the waist band shows indications of previously being a full dress.  For example, the waistband becomes slightly wider at the top of the band, and there is some lean to the zipper seam (see image).  Presents well.
