Do I need new gaskets when I install this?

Yes. Replace the manifold gasket where the header bolts to the cylinder head. Use a quality gasket rated for your engine — old gaskets won't reseal properly once removed.

Will this work with my stock exhaust system?

This header bolts to the factory mounting points and exits where the OEM manifold did. Your existing exhaust, downpipe, and muffler will bolt up — no adapters needed.

Does the header need to cure or season before driving?

Not required. Stainless steel is ready to use out of the box. You'll see some discoloration as the stainless heats up — that's normal and doesn't affect performance or durability.
