The assembly itself is included. Confirm your truck's fastener specs before installation — they may already be in your truck or available separately.

Will the ABS sensor work right away, or do I need to reprogram anything?

The sensor is pre-installed and wired into the assembly. Once bolted on, it integrates with your existing truck ABS system — no reprogramming needed.

Can I repack or service the bearings if they wear out?

These are sealed cartridge units. They're not serviceable — when they wear, the entire assembly is replaced. That's the trade-off for zero maintenance during normal truck life.
