Flushing the cooling system before swap-out is a good practice to remove debris and old coolant. Install the new radiator, refill with fresh coolant per your vehicle's service manual, and bleed air from the system.

What's the return process if something doesn't fit right?

Contact support with photos and fitment details. Returns are processed from our Florida warehouse — ship the unit back and we'll handle the swap or refund once we receive and inspect it.
