Vintage 1940’s CC41 Novelty Moygashel Linen Suit with White and Black sail boats on a sea bed of green. 
This is a truly beautiful set, owned and worn by myself over many, many years and treasured dearly.

Superb Moygashel linen set. 
Good strong shoulder pads,with short sleeves on a 3 x button down front blouse/jacket. Panelled front with scalloped edges to the faux side pockets. To the back, a few pleats sit nicely above the back belt waistband, which fall away and make a rather lovely blouson feature. An A line 4 x panel skirt with side hook n eye and button fastening to the waistband. 
Both Jacket and skirt have a perfect maker/ finishers paper label still attached and the jacket has its fabulous original CC41 label still attached.This particular garment shows the quality and precision in all of its glory of the war time era. 
So versatile that can be worn together or equally as striking worn as separates. 
A perfect piece to love, cherish and treasure. A magnificent set looking for its new home and many adventures with a vintage wearer or collector of CC41 pieces.

 Very Good Vintage Condition - flaws to note : very slight 1” fade mark to skirt.  Inside collar slight staining. These are very slight and I’m being very picky and they were like it when I brought the set 10+ years ago. Doesn’t detract from a beautiful set and ready to wear.
