Do I need clamps or fittings to install this?

You'll need hose clamps on each end — they're not included. Barbed hose fittings are standard; this hose accepts any 2.75" barb fitting.

Can this handle turbo boost pressure?

Yes. Three-ply construction is designed for turbo and intercooler circuits where pressure and heat are constant. It won't balloon or fail under normal boost levels.

Does this need prep before installation?

Wipe the barbed ends clean and dry before sliding onto fittings. Some builders dip the barbs in a thin layer of silicone grease for easier seating — optional but common practice.
