Simplicity 5571 vintage paper sewing pattern, dated 1964. 

Maternity Wardrobe:

Dress, jumper and top have V necklines, optional top-stitching. V. 1 dress, V. 3 top have short sleeves. V. 2 dress and V. 4 top are sleeveless; tie belt thru openings in side front seams in V. 2 is optional. V.s 3, 4 skirt has elastic casing at waistline. Dickey has peter-pan collar and front button closing.

Hip    38 inches / 97 cm

Pattern is unprinted tissue, unused and factory folded. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with some small holes in the cover and a handwritten name.
