No. This assembly uses factory mounting points and slides in from behind the front fascia without bumper removal. You may need to remove a few clips or fasteners depending on your approach, but full bumper drop is not necessary.

Are the 9005 and 9006 bulbs included with this headlight?

The assembly only is included. Bulbs are sold separately. You'll need both a 9005 (high beam) and 9006 (low beam) replacement bulbs to complete the installation.
