The flesh of this rare fruit thinly coats the seed and tastes just like blackberry jam. They are ready when they turn yellow and can be eaten straight off the tree. Slow growing, this is an attractive bushy shrub with fragrant flowers. Grows best in partshade and it is sensitive to over-watering in the cooler months. It required an acidic soil and good drainage. Approx 30cms tall.
