BDS 5" lift kit with 4-link conversion for Ford Super Duty gas trucks, with clearance for up to 37" tires. Up front are gasoline-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-link control arms with conversion brackets, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and nitrogen charged shocks. The rear uses a fabricated lift block, longer u-bolts, brake line brackets, and NX2 Nitro or FOX Performance shocks.

Notes

• Ford recommends replacing the pitman arm nut after each removal
• If installed on a truck with a top-mounted overload spring, an overload spacer block taller than 1-1/8" (UBT4027, Qty 4) is required
• Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front driveshaft (gas only)
• Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper
• If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required (BDS123402)
• Due to taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net the full advertised lift; final height matches standard models
• Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to brake line clearance; use the recommended wheel and tire fitment specs
• Minor trimming may be necessary for 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups
• Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs
• Some trucks with rear driveline vibration may have Ford Safety Recall 21S31; BDS recommends having it performed before installing the lift
