How to use the Plantule pillow

• use at room temperature for relaxation, meditation, after studying, before bed – to cut off the light and calm the nervous system,

• Place the cotton pad in the fridge or freezer for several minutes (even up to an hour) and use it as a natural, cool compress for migraines, headaches, swollen eyes, screen fatigue or temple tension,

• use it multifunctionally: on the eyes, forehead, neck or wrist (e.g. for carpal tunnel) – always in a neutral or cooling version.

Do not heat – do not heat the pillow in the oven or microwave ; use it at a neutral or chilled temperature.

Care

• wash only pillowcases themselves (silk is best washed by hand or at 30°C, in a silk liquid),

• do not wash the filling - linseed does not like it, just pour it into the container for washing

• wash without bleach and chemicals,

• store in a dry place, air regularly.
