Ingredients: rosehip extract (Rosa canina) standardized to contain min. 70% vitamin C, stabilizer - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell ingredient), proplis extract, grapefruit seed extract (Citrus paradisi), zinc gluconate, elderberry fruit extract (Sambucus nigra), astragalus root extract (Astragalus membranaceus) standardized to content min. 40% polysaccharides, Cretan cistus herb extract (Cistus creticus), black garlic onion extract (Alium sativum) standardized to contain min. 1% S-allyl-cysteine, olive leaf extract (Olea europea) standardized to contain min. 20% oleuropein, Yestimun ® -beta-glucan from Sachcromyces cereviseae yeast, ginger rhizome extract (Zingiber oficinale) standardized to contain min. 5% gingerols, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3)

How to use: 1 capsule a day.

rosehip extract - 150 mg, including 105 mg of vitamin C (131%)*
propolis extract - 100 mg
grapefruit seed extract - 75 mg elderberry
extract - 50 mg
root extract astragalusa – 50 mg
Cretan cistus herb extract – 50 mg
black garlic extract – 50 mg
olive leaf extract – 50 mg
Yetimun Beta glucan 1.3/1.6 – 25 mg
ginger rhizome extract – 15 mg

zinc – 7.5 mg (75%)*
vitamin D3 – 5 mcg (100%)*
