SUNWIC ® is food for special medical purposes for the dietary management of irritable bowel syndrome (Irritable Bowel Syndrome IBS) and constipation.

SUNWIC ® is intended for patients with impaired gastrointestinal function, in which dietary nutrition cannot be achieved simply by modifying the normal diet.

SUNWIC ® contains 80% soluble guar bean fiber.

SUNWIC ® has been clinically tested and described in over 30 scientific publications. Partially hydrolyzed guar bean fiber is metabolized by the intestinal flora to short chain fatty acids, which are important nutrients for intestinal cells. Normalization of intestinal peristalsis occurs after a few weeks of using the product. Clinical studies indicate that patients with irritable bowel syndrome and constipation tolerate guar bean fiber well.

Ingredients: partially hydrolyzed guar gum.

Usage: SUNWIC ® should be consumed with a meal. Stir several times until completely dissolved. It can be dissolved in both cold and warm drinks, except for carbonated drinks. The product dissolves well in all drinks and is tasteless. The product does not thicken and does not change the taste of food and drinks.

Recommended daily intake:
Patients with irritable bowel syndrome
Children 2-12 years: 0.5 tablespoons daily dissolved in at least 50 ml of drink.
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablespoon per day dissolved in at least 100 ml of drink.

Patients with constipation
Children 2-12 years: 1 tablespoon per day dissolved in at least 100 ml of drink.
Adults and children over 12 years: 2.5 tablespoons per day dissolved in at least 200 ml of drink.
