Full Three-Tiered MD-MF Target ID Scale
When operating in Multi-Frequency, the VX9 displays a non-ferrous scale and two ferrous scales to help identify unwanted iron trash. Complex targets may appear on more than one scale at the same time, giving you more target information before you dig.
Includes Beach Mode and Multi-Salt
The VX9 includes Beach Mode and Multi-Frequency Salt operation for smooth performance and deep Target ID accuracy along wet salt beaches and in the surf. It is fully submersible to 16 feet, making it ready for shoreline, water, and wet sand detecting.
Fast Mode and Recovery Speed Control
Fast Mode is designed for trashy areas where abundant trash can mask adjacent coins. It is also ideal for competition hunts. The VX9 includes three levels of recovery speed control to help distinguish adjacent targets more clearly in busy ground.
Lightweight and Collapsible
The VX9 compacts down to 24.75" and extends to 56.75", making it easy to transport and comfortable to adjust for the user. It weighs 2.9 lbs without the coil cover and approximately 3.05 lbs with the coil cover installed.
