The Tender Confidentiality Form is a 3 page document, with instructions on tailoring the document and a document revision record. The document then provides a Tender Confidentiality agreement Form, which states what the company will do, lists what tenders are required to agree on and then provides a section for a signature, tenderer representative and the date signed. 

This Tender Confidentiality Form should be issued to potential Suppliers that will be invited to participate in a sourcing activity.  It obligates the Tenderer not to distribute any information contained in the tender outside of its organisation.

Promitheia recommends sending this Confidentiality Form to all Tenderers/potential suppliers and requesting the signed form to be sent back to your organisation at least five days prior to your planned Tender issue date.
