If your window or door design includes advanced and certified multi-point locking systems, our Euro Groove tool is essential. We've designed this cutterhead to allow for a reference point for the installation of a nail or screw, a time-saving feature you won't find with standard grooving tools. This is complementary to the Lift and Slide Door cutter.

Product Description

Our insert knife system ensures the quality and precision of your groove over the entire lifetime of the tool. While brazed tools or router bits can change tolerances upon sharpening, straying from the 16.3mm cut necessary for a perfect fit, our system ensures the consistency needed for precision and peace of mind- replacing one of our durable solid-carbide insert knives is far easier and less costly than replacing an entire tool.

The tool is suitable for the standard 16mm Euro Groove to fit the standard multi-point hardware from suppliers including AGB, Assa Abloy, FERCO G-U, Hafele, Siegenia, and Winkhaus^.

This toolset comes with Nano-Diamond (no heat) treated insert knives to prolong their cutting quality and usage. The steel tool body will practically last for decades.
