The Starmont Sauvignon Blanc displays fresh aromas of grapefruit, kaffir lime and jasmine. Fermented in a combination of neutral French oak and stainless steel and blended with 2% Semillon, this lively white sizzles with lemony acidity and a strong streak of grapefruit and lemongrass flavor. With its high acidity and crispness, it has length and zip. Tasting Notes The goal for this wine is complexity on the nose with nice fresh notes (lime leaf and lemongrass), citrus notes (key lime), floral notes (citrus blossom), and tropical notes (guava, lychee, pineapple), which is achieved by sourcing from many different vineyards throughout the region and using both Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc in the fi nal blend.
