• Treatment: 16ml (about 2 measuring caps) in 1 litre of drinking water for 2 days. OR 4 bottle caps to a ½ gallon of drinking water for 2 days.
Repeat treatment 10-12 days after initial treatment. To be administered in fresh drinking water.
• Prevention: 2 x annually. 16ml (about 2 measuring caps) in 1 litre of drinking water for 2 days. OR 4 bottle caps to a ½ gallon of drinking water for 2 days.
Advice:
o Don't give during coupling, feeding the youngsters and birds younger than 14 days old.
o Mix recommended dose into fresh drinking water.
o When treating a sick bird/birds treat the remaining birds in the loft also as a preventive.
o After treatment give the birds DAC Multivitmix
o Disinfect the loft with 5% Ammonia mixture to prevent new infections.
o When do you treat your animals: as a routine, after moult, if you buy new birds in case of worm infections.
