Ingredients:  Vitamin B-12, vegetable glycerol, purified water, natural flavor additive: strawberry, vanilla, acidity regulator: citric acid, absorption enhancing complex: [ginger (zingiber officinale - root), amla (Emblica officinalis - fruit), pepper ( capsicum frutescens - fruit)], preservative: potassium sorbate, D-alpha-tocopheryl octane (Vitamin E from soybean oil).

How to use:  1/10 of a dropper a day (divisions on the dropper). Hold under the tongue for 30 seconds before the liquid is swallowed with saliva. Shake before use. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.

After opening, store in the refrigerator, out of the reach of small children. The product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
