Subli Vista Premium DIY White Brilliance Undercoat is specifically designed to provide a Satin White Undercoat layer for top coat grip to your chosen product to give a high definition finish to your printed sublimation image. Simply apply Subli Vista White Brilliance Undercoat to your substrate and apply either a Hi-Gloss or Satin Sheen spray layer on that to make a brilliant white sublimation ready surface.

Subli Vista White Brilliance Undercoat is specially designed to chemically cross link the white brilliance layer to the hi-gloss or satin sheen layer, this will permanently stop the 2 spray layers from delaminating. This is a very important point many other coatings do not provide for, after all you don’t want your image coming off your lovely product once pressed.

How to Apply

Shake for 30 seconds to activate the product. Spray onto the substrate at 20cm spraying left to right and from top to bottom. Turn the substrate 90 degrees and repeat. Leave for 5 minutes then apply 2 layers of either Hi-Gloss or Satin Sheen coating as above.

How to Cure

After spraying leave for up to 10 minutes then cure in an oven at 160C or 320F for 20 minutes depending on the thermal properties of the substrate. The product should be allowed to cool before pressing an image onto it.

Clean the Nozzle

After spraying turn the can upside down and depress the nozzle for 3 seconds to clean the nozzle for next use. This step is not required but will prolong the life of your aerosol nozzle.
