You'll receive a new, carefully selected single origin coffee — ethically sourced from trusted farms and cooperatives that share our values of sustainability, transparency, and fair practices.  We focus on variety, so you'll explore a rotating lineup of origins, processing methods, and flavor profiles, from bright and floral Ethiopian beans to rich and chocolatey coffees from Central and South America.

Every coffee is roasted with intention in small batches, allowing the unique characteristics of each origin to shine. This isn't mass-produced coffee — it's handcrafted, thoughtfully sourced, and roasted with care by a team that treats coffee like a craft, not a commodity.  Choose your delivery frequency:  BI WEEKLY or MONTHLY!

Shipping Information  We roast all our coffees to order so you receive the freshest coffee possible. Our roast days for online orders are Wednesdays.  All orders received by 3pm PST will be processed for the next roast.
