An especially folky folk art retablo, with the text never painted, but the painting itself does a very good job of telling a tragic story! And of course it is the tiny man being dragged by the black bull that won me--about as empathetic depiction as could be. Pretty excellent cowboy to the right in his white shirt and blue jeans too. With Our Lady to the left with lots of gold,  and a scene-setting cloud-like blue mountain range populated with golden trees top right.

8 5/8" x 6 5/8" and in good condition, with light scratches here and there. Vintage rather than antique, I might guess 1940s or so.
