Bene Vobis® GLICYNA  is a high-quality powdered dietary supplement intended for people who want to supplement their diet with the protein amino acid - glycine [from the Greek. glykýs = sweet], abbreviated as Gly or G.

Glycine is a proteogenic amino acid that is an important building and structural element of almost all proteins (particularly common in collagen, approximately 35%). Collagen is a protein responsible for the stability and elasticity of bones, skin, cartilage and other tissues. Structural protein consists mainly of three amino acids: hydroxyproline, proline and glycine, and occurs in our body in as many as 28 different variants.

It is worth adding that glycine is also a component of reduced glutathione (GSH) formed in the liver from glutamic acid,  glycine  and cysteine. The only way to produce it is to provide the body with building materials (precursors) in the form of ingredients needed for its own production.
