Nose & Taste Notes

Unshackled is produced by the Prisoner Wine Company and is the fourth vintage of this dry, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon-driven red blend with some Malbec, Petite Sirah, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Tannat added to the mix. 

Layered with dark red berries, boysenberry, and blackcurrant aromas, enhanced with hints of black tea and mocha. The palate is rich and intertwines layers of blue and dark berry fruits, coupled with morish chocolate and mocha notes. The silky-soft tannins and fresh, enduring finish leaves you craving another sip.
