Nature's Blends Shilajit | Raw Shilajit Power 25g (Pakistan Origin ) is a purified, authentic shilajit resin sourced from the Himalayan and Karakoram mountain ranges of Pakistan — primarily from the Gilgit-Baltistan region, at altitudes between 3,000 and 5,000 metres. Shilajit is a mineral-rich tar-like resin that seeps from rock crevices at high altitude during warm months. It forms over thousands of years from the slow decomposition of plant matter — primarily Euphorbia royleana and other high-altitude plant species — compressed within rock formations under extreme pressure. The raw exudate is collected by hand from cliff faces and rock outcroppings, then purified to remove mineral and microbial contaminants. The finished resin contains fulvic acid, humic acid, and over 80 trace minerals including iron, zinc, copper, magnesium, manganese, and selenium in ionic form.

What Is Shilajit?

Shilajit (also spelled shilajeet or salajeet) is a naturally occurring exudate found in mountain ranges across Central Asia, including the Himalayas, Karakoram, Hindu Kush, Altai, and Caucasus ranges. It forms over millennia from the decomposition of organic matter — primarily high-altitude plant species — compressed between rock layers and transformed by microbial activity, pressure, and temperature cycling. During summer months, when rock surfaces heat up, the resin liquefies and seeps from cracks and crevices. It is collected by hand, cleaned of surface contaminants, dissolved in purified water, filtered, and then dried back to a resin or powder. Authentic shilajit is dark brown to black in colour, tar-like in consistency, and has a strong, distinctive mineral smell. It dissolves readily in warm water.

Pakistan vs Other Origins

Pakistani shilajit from the Karakoram and Himalayan ranges of Gilgit-Baltistan is widely regarded as producing some of the highest-concentration fulvic acid resin, due to the extreme altitude, geological composition, and plant species composition of the region. The Karakoram range is home to some of the highest peaks outside the Himalayas, and the rock formations are rich in organically compressed mineral deposits.

Suggested Use

Take a portion approximately the size of a grain of rice (100–300mg) once or twice daily. Dissolve in warm water, herbal tea, or warm milk. Stir until fully dissolved before drinking. Do not take with very hot liquids. For best results, take consistently over an extended period. Start with a smaller amount and build up over the first 1–2 weeks.
