Ingredients:  Hydrolyzed fish collagen BPMG type I and III from wild cod Naticol®, Inavea™ fiber from baobab and acacia fruit pulp, Naticol® fish collagen tripeptides, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856 LactoSpore®, zinc bisglycinate, sodium hyaluronate, D-biotin.

Directions:  Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml), juice, or smoothie and drink. Use once daily, preferably regularly. Regular use is crucial for optimal results. 

Recommended daily dose:  One sachet, once a day, dissolve in water or other liquid of your choice, mix well and drink.
