Comprising seven clear acrylic panels, each measuring 24 inches in width and 66 inches in height, this shield effectively contains and controls the sound of drums and other instruments, reducing microphone bleed and providing better control over the mix. Each panel is constructed from ¼-inch thick acrylic, offering durability and excellent sound isolation. The panels are connected using full-length, flexible hinges that allow for accordion-style folding, facilitating easy setup, storage, and transport. The 'tooth in groove' mechanical locking system ensures a secure and long-lasting connection between panels. Additionally, cable cutouts at the bottom of each panel allow for organized cable management without compromising the shield's effectiveness.

The modular design of the A2466x7 allows for customization and expansion. Users can increase the height by adding AX series height extenders or expand the width by incorporating additional panels. For enhanced sound absorption, Sorber sound baffles can be attached directly to the acrylic panels using adhesive-backed Velcro.
