The powerful hop influence of the DIPA casks brings a new vibrancy to KANOSUKE’s rich and deep character. 
The contrast between these two DIPA casks—one heavy, one light—adds refreshing layers of honey and lime to our signature mellowness.
Additionally, a "Wa" (Japanese) accent of Nikki (Japanese cinnamon), derived from the shochu casks, harmoniously binds the sweetness with a gentle hop bitterness, creating a beautifully defined flavour profile.
