PREPARATION

Sift 2-3g (about 1-1.5 tsp) with 25-30 mL of hot water at 80º C. Whisk using a bamboo whisk and enjoy hot or cold with your favorite dairy or dairy alternative. Add your preferred sweetener if needed. 

To make a perfect iced latte - Sift 2-3g (about 1-1.5 tsp) matcha and whisk with 25-30 mL hot water at 80º C Add 90-100 g ice and 100 mL oat/almond milk to a glass (Dairy milk can also be used) Pour the whisked matcha on top of the ice to create a beautiful layered drink and enjoy
