• Rio Mobility offers a one-year warranty for the Firefly 2.5, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The lithium-ion battery is covered for six months. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, physical harm, water exposure, or issues like broken wires, dropped batteries, or chargers.
