Introducing the Gate 4 DMX RDM Device for Converting Art-Net Signals
The Gate 4 DMX RDM device was designed to convert Art-Net signals into four DMX512 and DMX512 ports on Art-Net, allowing for two-way communication. This device can be powered by 12-24V DC and is housed in a protective case for a 35mm DIN rail that shields it against mechanical damage. The gateway features two signal merging modes: HTP and LTP. It is equipped with four DMX/RDM ports that work in IN/OUT modes and one Ethernet port that operates in the 10/100BaseTX standard. The DMX512 ports have both optical and galvanic isolation, and six LEDs are installed on the housing to indicate the state of data transfer and the connection status of the Art-Net network. The PX785 gate also comes with a display and four buttons for adjusting the configuration settings, including Art-Net, Ethernet, and DMX settings (such as Brake, MAB, MBF, and the number of DMX channels transmitted). This device is compatible with Art-Net 1-4 and uses the Art-Net4 protocol version for seamless integration.
