Intention: vertigo, dizzy-feelings, anti-nausea, circulation, headache
If you are prone to getting vertigo, you know how bad it sucks to get it! Our Vertigo Sucks! tincture is intended to help manage symptoms in an easy and quick to take format.
Vertigo is not a disease, but a symptom of something else that is out of balance. It's important to recognize what your triggers are.
For me, my triggers for vertigo are stress, dehydration, and really tight shoulder, neck and/or clavicle muscles. I tend to feel off for a few days before the vertigo hits: somewhat like those 1980's commercials for V8 where everyone is tilted sideways. If I load up on water, Vertigo Sucks tincture or tea and work on the stiff muscles (stretching and/or acupuncture), I am usually successful with not having a bout of the vertigo spins.
The herbs included are historically known for increasing circulation, reducing nausea, are high in antioxidants, and are anti-inflammatory. Some TCM herbalists point to excessive dampness as a contributor of vertigo, so we included a few herbs to assist with dampness as well in our formula.
Our Vertigo Sucks! Tincture is at a 1:12 ratio and is in a 62 mL / 2 fl oz size.
Ingredients: Alcohol (Brandy), Gingko Biloba, Gotu Kola, Skullcap, Radix puerariae (GeGen), Isatis tinctoria (BanLanGen), Ginger, Rosemary
Why We Chose These Ingredients:
