For Cold & Flu Symptoms: Vitamin C reduces severity and duration of common cold and flu symptoms.
The body does not produce Vitamin C, so regular intake of Vitamin C can be beneficial.

Immune function: Vitamin C can assist in supporting a healthy immune system to fight illness.

Wound healing: Vitamin C can assist in would healing and tissue repair.

Iron absorption: Vitamin C may assist the body with the absorption of dietary iron.

Antioxidant: Alcohol consumption, UV light exposure and pollution may generate free radicals in the body.

Directions

For immune support and general wellbeing:
Adults and Children over 6 years: Chew 1 tablet daily.
Take regularly to help reduce duration and severity of cold symptoms:
Adults and Children over 6 years: Chew 1-2 tablets twice daily.
Or as directed by your health professional.

Not to be used in children under four years of age. Vitamin supplements can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
