The Blonde (or White) Negroni, was first showcased by Wayne Collins in Bordeaux, France in 2001 - and it so quickly became a bartender and imbiber favorite, that these days folks often forget that it’s not a hundred-year-old classic. The original riff called for Suze in place of Campari and Lillet Blanc instead of sweet vermouth - but just like the original Negroni, this one has inspired countless riffs and variations.

In this set we have our favorite ingredient to switch up - the bitter aperitif! Suze (the original), Luxardo Bitter Bianco and Salers - try each version to find your own personal favorite - or heck, why choose? We love all three! 

Suze: This has a distinct aroma of wild gentian harvested from the Alps. This complex, aromatic aperitif has notes of bittersweet herbs and subtle accents of vanilla, candied orange and spice and a delicately bitter finish.

Luxardo Bitter Bianco: A well-balanced distilled infusion of bitter herbs, aromatic plants and citrus in water and alcohol. The aroma is fruity with sweet and bitter oranges balanced by hints of spices and botanicals.

Salers: This distinctive, bittersweet liqueur has an earthy vegetal note that is complemented by hints of citrus peel, mint and anise. This is made from the roots of a plant in the alps and is distilled with an assortment of herbs and matured in Limousin oak casks.
