Made from Syrah grapes, the Rosé has a delicate and floral nose with strawberry cream highlights. Palate is dominated by bright vibrant fruit, strawberry prominent once more and layered with sour cherry which delicately lingers on the palate before disappearing into a long finish with lingering aromas of rose water. 

Best served chilled as a sundowner or accompanying sushi, smoked salmon, shellfish, and spicy dishes like Indian curries or Thai cuisine.
